Shiann Waddell graduated from Aurora University with a master of social work and received her LMSW in 2018. She has prior internship experience working in a police department crisis unit, and a hospital setting working in the ED and psychiatric unit. Since graduating, she has gone on to work in a school-based setting, focusing on working with adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is certified in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT. In her spare time, she spends time with her three dogs, Thor, Hank, and Goose.
