Agricultural Farm Worker Program Services
The Agricultural Farm Worker Program (AFWP) is a walk in, year-round, after-hours clinic at our Gaffney location from 5pm - 9pm or on-site of your Agriculture Center via our Mobile Medical Center that is dedicated to meeting the needs of local and surrounding non-insured Agricultural Workers and their families. Medical services are offered for a flat fee of $15.
AFWP Services Include:
- Primary Care
- Pediatric Care
- Women’s Health
- Men’s Health
- Family Planning
- Free birth control of all methods
- Vasectomies
- In-Office Procedures
- Lab Testing
- Free Diagnostic Imaging
Affordable access to Behavioral Health, Chiropractic care and Dental services are also available. Patients will have access to free transportation to and from evening clinics and specialist appointments as well as free medication delivery.
For eligibility, please bring the following with you to the Gaffney clinic:
- A form of photo identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
- Current pay stub
- Name of employer/Agriculture site and contact information of employer
