Our Community Impact Fund is devoted primarily to support a range of community-based initiatives aimed at preventing the spread of disease and addressing health disparities in Spartanburg, Cherokee and Union Counties. This fund will be used to support health education efforts, culturally responsive marketing campaigns, targeted community outreach, free health screenings, and other activities designed to promote health equity and encourage positive behavioral change among residents.
