Jocelin Hughes, preferably Joy, is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). She started her journey with ReGenesis Health Care in August 2022, where she serves as a School-Based Behavioral Health Counselor. She received her bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in criminal justice from Lander University and her master’s degree in social work from University of South Carolina-Columbia. She is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP).

Prior to her employment with ReGenesis Health Care, Jocelin worked in Child Protective Services with the Department of Social Services in Spartanburg County where she helped families become stronger and work toward reunification to provide children with a safe home environment. In her spare time, she likes to travel, be adventurous, play games in virtual reality, and spend time with family.
