Unfortunately, in today's world, the healthcare system in this country is still lacking despite changes made to improve upon it. Poverty and unemployment play a role in people lacking the means to seek out treatment and preventative medicine. This means not everybody has access to the healthcare services necessary to maintain a standard quality of life. This doesn't align with the sentiments we have toward our patients. We feel that everybody has a right to a basic level of care and preventative services.
We welcome you to schedule an appointment with us today. Your first visit will include filling out all the necessary paperwork, so we know your medical background. This includes a variety of information ranging from allergies to health conditions to your family's medical history. We will also discuss with you insurance and payment options. If insurance won't cover needed services or you don't have medical insurance, this is when we can evaluate your eligibility to receive care at a discounted rate. Depending on your financial situation, you may be able to reduce the cost of an appointment to $30 per visit.
After that portion is taken care of, you'll be able to take advantage of all the services we have to provide including behavioral health, men's health services, pediatrics, and dental health. We provide a basic level of care and diagnostic services. Our preventative medicine services will assist you in warding off conditions that come with lifestyle, age, or other factors. We believe education is key, thus, we never miss a moment to provide our patients with knowledge to assist them in living a healthier lifestyle.
We're a patient-centered medical home. This means we take into consideration our clients' personal beliefs and feelings throughout the entire treatment process. We don't want our patients going through anything that they don't want. Instead, we listen to our patients' concerns and problems and craft a care plan centered around this. If a treatment goes against your religious beliefs, we will discuss other options. We want to see you achieve an optimal level of health even if your values don't correspond with the approach we recommend. Not to sound cliché, but your body is your temple. With that being said, you should have full control over it including which treatments or testing you would like or don't want to receive.
Our goal was to create a facility that offers care to those who are limited when it comes to the healthcare they have access to, and we've done just that. We've expanded the areas of care we cover to include adolescent care, dental care, pediatrics, and family care. Not to mention, we've expanded the area that we cover.
