Community Outreach Representative
ReGenesis Health Care is seeking two (2) Community Outreach Representatives to assist in the provision of programs and services offered by ReGenesis Health Care. One of the positions requires the successful candidate to be bilingual (English/Spanish).
The Community Outreach Representative will work on multiple projects and interact with various outside groups and agencies while working with the health center's individual programs on outreach and related events including health fairs, educational sessions and act as a liaison to specific collaborating partners. This position will participate and support the Patient Centered Medical Home model in coordinating the care needs of patients focusing on the continuity of care.
Facilitate meetings with identified schools and community agency personnel for program introduction.
Promote ReGenesis Health Care services to target populations.
Develop and/or revise outreach curriculum as required for different target populations.
Create, compile and maintain program related promotional materials.
Provide local communications strategy and support for program activities.
Identify and provide information and referrals on local resources and patient referrals.
Serve as liaison to public community organizations, medical facilities, and health professionals.
Collect statistical information from presentations, enrollments and complete reports.
Other activities deemed appropriate by Director of Community Outreach and/or the Director of Communications and Marketing that will promote and enhance patient services throughout ReGenesis Health Care service areas.
Perform outreach and assist patients with completing applications for health coverage according to standards and provide unbiased and accurate information on Qualified Health Plan (QHP) options to support patients in choosing the health plan that is the best fit for their needs.
Understand your roles boundaries and maintain a professional relationship providing culturally competent accessible customer assistance.
Conduct public education activities to raise awareness about ReGenesis Health Care and the services provided as well as the full range of available health insurance coverage options.
Keep current of ongoing changes to the public healthcare system and communicate this information to ReGenesis Health Care patients and partners as well as maintaining expertise in eligibility, enrollment and program specifications.
Keep immediate supervisor and staff informed of activities and project timelines, including areas of concern and challenges, within areas of responsibility.
Build professional relationships with healthcare team by learning about the role of each team member and assuring communication is flowing according to each team member’s role to facilitate patient healthcare.
Manage and track patient information including patient profiles, appointments and interactions in a confidential and secure manner.
Maintain communication with and coach patients to become advocates for their own care.
Other duties as required by Supervisor.
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s Degree in applicable background, preferred.
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field, nonprofit experience a plus.
Experience working with FQHC or a nonprofit social service or community development organization preferred.
Proven experience with event planning, community involvement and building community connections.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Ability to work with youth and adults in a variety of settings.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and Affordable Care Act health insurance enrollment process.
ReGenesis Health Care, Inc is looking for a motivated and compassionate General Dentist dedicated to providing quality dental care in a community health center setting. The ideal candidate would have a passion for working with underserved populations and be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Job responsibilities would include provision of high-quality, comprehensive dental care, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment and working with Director of Dental Services and other members of the dental team to support the growth and development of the practice.
Eligible candidates must have or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice Dentistry in South Carolina, Federal and SC DEA Licenses, and South Carolina Medicaid Provider Status. Completion of post-graduate training or at least 3 years’ prior clinical experience would be preferred. Spanish speaking and/or significant experience with pediatric patients is a plus.

ReGenesis Health Care is now seeking an IT Manager who is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of the organization, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face-to-face and supervising. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Possess and maintain IT related certifications throughout employment (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, CCISSP, MCSE, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years Information Technology experience, preferably in a FQHC or healthcare setting.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Ability to communicate orally with IT staff and management is crucial.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
ReGenesis Health Care, Inc. is currently seeking a LPN to provide clinical support services. LPN’s must be licensed as a Nurse in the state of SC, and have a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a medical office. Duties include, but are not limited to, the rendering of nursing care in assigned area according to dependent and independent nursing functions and conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures and established standards, as well as performing additional assignments as directed by the Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to be responsive and perform in a high-paced work environment. Candidate should have at least one year’s experience working in an EMR system. Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.
