Here, we discuss some tips for how parents can help their children keep their teeth healthy this month and beyond.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"p1\"><strong>Tooth Brushing Routine<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\">One of the most important steps parents can take to ensure their children have healthy teeth is to establish a consistent tooth brushing routine. It is recommended that children brush their teeth twice a day, for two minutes at a time, with fluoride toothpaste. In addition, it is important to floss regularly in order to remove food particles from between the teeth that brushing alone cannot reach. Parents should help younger children brush properly until they are able to do it themselves.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"p1\"><strong>Diet &amp; Nutrition<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\">A well-balanced diet full of nutrient-rich foods helps keep teeth strong and healthy.
