Ms. Pinilla is a  graduate of Samuel Merritt College, Oakland , California with a MS in Nursing.  She received her BS degree in Public Health at East Tennessee State University- Johnson City, TN.  She has previous work experience as a Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina and California.
