1.     Ms. Moss is a graduate of the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, IN with an MS degree in Nursing.  She received her BS degree in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, IN.  Julie has a Post Master’s certificate in Transcultural Nursing from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA. Julie has work experience as a Nursing Instructor and as Nurse Practitioner.
